1. In the 'last engaged' area, which profile actions count as an engagement?
This is the list of engagement possibilities: form submissions, event registrations, started/submitted applications, touchpoints, logins in the portal, 1on1 emails, workflow emails and campaign emails (after being opened).
3. If a profile receives an email, does that count as an engagement?
No, it only counts as an engagement when the profile opens the email.
2. Can I change the Source Method of profiles?
No, you cannot. The Source Method is recorded when a profile is created, and can't be changed afterwards.
3. If a profile has both a primary and secondary email address, can it have two different marketing policies?
No, a profile can only have one marketing policy, regardless of the number of email addresses associated with it.
4. Can I delete a Source Category?
Yes, but only if there are no profiles associated to it.
5. What profile actions count as an 'engagement'?
See the complete list of actions that count as an engagement in this page.
6. Why am I seeing a profile that only has the Info tab?
Because that profile has been forgotten by the staff. The forget profile action erases all the profile data except the name and email address in the info tab.
7. Can I edit the text of a live policy?
No. Due to GDPR laws, you can’t change the text of a policy that’s already live, since users have agreed to the original version. Instead, you’ll need to clone the policy (clone to draft), make your changes, and then publish it as a new version.
8. Can I still view previous versions of a policy?
Yes. Within a policy, next to the 'Clone to draft' button, you’ll find the Versions button. There, you can access all past versions of the policy.
9. A policy has many versions, can I see which version each profile agreed to?
Yes. In a profile’s Policies tab (under Advanced > Policies), there’s a column that shows the specific version of the policy the person agreed to. To see this in bulk for a group of profiles you can build Segments based on the versions.
