1. I received applications today but the graphic in the application template overview area isn't updating, why?
The data graphics located in both the class and application overview areas aren't real-time updated, they are updated once a day during the evening.
2. Why does the Product Overview Report shows the error 'some intakes are missing dates. Please add dates to the intakes'?
This error occurs because the class doesn't have a date entered in the 'Applications end on' field. Access the Details tab of that class to add it.
3. How are profiles counted in the Product Performance Report?
Profiles are counted based on their lifecycle states. Only profiles in lifecycle states that have been enabled for this report are included. If you’d like to know and/or adjust which states are counted, please contact support.
