FULL FABRIC requires users give you their consent to process their data in
accordance with your privacy policy before you are able to process their data.

Communicating privacy and acquiring consent

FULL FABRIC will not capture users data unless they have agreed to the privacy policy. The privacy policy is displayed to candidates when they enter their information for the first time: on sign up, when submitting forms or registering for events. Users who signed up before your privacy policy was published will be asked to accept the privacy policy when they first log in.

The privacy policy is also displayed to referees when they access their reference form.

Auditing

FULL FABRIC keeps an audit of all policy acceptances and makes them available on the user's profile.
