"Last engaged" - recently renamed from "Last seen" - captures the last time that a candidate engaged with your communications or your Full Fabric portal.
Engagements currently include:
Any time a profile accesses a page e.g. login/ sign up, form, event, portal page, application form etc.
When profiles open an email or click a link in an email
When a profile latest activity story is marked as a touchpoint
The "Last engaged at" time can be seen in the profile summary, added as a column to lists and filtered by in segments, providing you with information on which profiles have recently engaged and those which have not. Allowing you to market to profiles which have not engaged recently and nurture them back towards further engagement.
