Find quick answers to the most common queries about Campaigns

1. Why does my Campaign after dispatch has less recipients than the Audience I had set before dispatch?

Because from all profiles listed in the Audience, only some are addressable. The Campaign is only dispatched to the addressable ones.

2. I dispatched a Campaign by mistake, can I revert/undo it?

No, once a Campaign is dispatched it cannot be undone. The emails are sent individually from our servers, and the process can't be stopped or reversed.

3. Can I generate a downloadable PDF of a Campaign email?

No, Campaign emails cannot be exported or downloaded as PDFs. If you want to review the email before sending it, you can send a test email to yourself.

4. How are Unique Clicks and Clicks measured in Campaign stats?

A Unique Click is recorded when a recipient clicks on a Campaign link for the first time. After that, if the campaign's message has multiple links in its content, all additional clicks on those links are individually counted under the Clicks tab.

5. After dispatching a Campaign, can I still send a test email to myself?

No, the 'send test email' feature is only available before the dispatch.

6. Is the marketing policy agreement automatically included in the footer of campaign emails, to allow recipients to unsubscribe?

Yes, but only if the Audience agreement is set to 'has agreed to the marketing policy via email'. If the audience agreement is set to 'no agreement necessary', the marketing policy will not be added to the email footer.

7. What data from dispatched Campaign Stats can I export?

Only the Clicks can be exported. To export the recipient list, you must create a segment in the Shared Segments area, using the rule 'Campaign was sent'.

8. I dispatched a campaign but the stats and recipient list are taking a long time to update, is that normal?

Yes. Campaign dispatch delays can occur for two reasons: the recipients list is large, or because Full Fabric uses a shared mailserver with a queue system for all customers (even if the list is short, it may still be far behind in the queue).

9. If I schedule a Campaign, can I still update the Audience before it is sent?

Yes. The Campaign will be sent to the Audience that exists at the exact moment of dispatch, so you can update the Audience at any time before it is sent.

10. Can I send a Campaign to the secondary email addresses of my audience?

Yes. In the Campaign’s Advanced tab, you can choose whether to send it to each profile’s primary or secondary email address.

11. My staff user has an access scope. Can I include profiles outside of that scope in a Campaign's audience?

No. Profiles outside your access scope are fully restricted and won’t be visible or available to you in any part of the system, including in Campaigns.
