1. Can we add custom data fields in the GTM's Data Layer of Full Fabric?

No, it's not possible to add custom fields in the our GTM Data Layer.

2. How can we enable the GTM integration?

Only the support team can enable the GTM integration. Please reach out to support and provide the institution's GTM Container ID.

3. After enabled in Full Fabric, where is the Container ID injected?

The Container ID is injected in all Full Fabric pages (application templates, portal pages, form landing pages and event landing pages).

4. Where can we see the data?

You can view the data by configuring your institution’s Google Analytics account to track page views, application submissions, and more. For a broader range of data, you can connect your GA account to your GTM account.

5. Can the support team help with setting up GA or GTM?

No, these are external products of the institution for which we cannot provide technical support. All we can do is to add the Container ID in our system.

6. Can we use e-commerce tracking?

Yes, e-commerce tracking can be enabled, but only for institution-level application templates. When enabled, application submissions are sent to GTM as if they were products being purchased in a shopping cart.
