1. In segments can I combine multiple rules with AND/OR?

No, when there's multiple rules they can only be combined either with AND or with OR in the same segment.

2. In segments, if I don't use the rule 'is in' but use others like 'is a', if there are profiles in multiple classes which one is considered?

All classes are considered, and if at least one of the classes matches the segment rules, that profile will be listed. Ideally, the rule 'is in' should be used together with the 'is a', to achieve more accurate results.

3. Can I use the same rule twice in a Shared Segment?

No, the same rule cannot be used twice. E.g. you cannot use the rule 'is in' and select one set of products in it, and add it again with another set of products.

4. Can I undo/revert an import of profiles to a class?

No, once profiles have been imported to a class, the action cannot be undone. To remove them, you must delete each imported profile manually one by one.

5. I did an import and got an error: profile updates disabled, why?

Because the import file contains existing profiles, but in the stage 2 (Import settings) you selected 'no, only add new profiles, do not update existing ones'.

6. Why can’t I select individual application fields in the column selector of the ‘All Applications’ area?

The All Applications area only has general columns. To see specific fields from an individual application template, you must go to that application template’s overview area. Each will have their respective fields in the column selector.
