No, users cannot register themselves to events whose registrations are closed. The staff can still register them manually, in the event stats area.
2. If a user registers for an event but is later marked as unregistered by the staff in the Stats section, will they still receive the scheduled reminders?
No, registrants manually unregistered by the staff will not receive event reminders.
3. Per default, the registrants attendance is marked as ?/unknown ?
Yes, per default all registrants have their attendance marked as ?/unknown until the staff updates it with YES or NO.
4. Can I create Automations with the trigger 'attendance unknown'?
No, ‘attendance unknown’ trigger isn't available for event automations. You can only use the triggers ‘attendance marked as YES’ / ‘attendance marked as NO’.
5. Can I scan QR Codes using an external USB camera connected to my PC?
Yes, but first that camera must be set as default in the browser's settings.
6. Will profiles with their event registration set to 'No' still receive reminders?
Yes, profiles marked as “No” on the registration list will still receive reminders.
7. Can profiles unregister themselves from an event after registering?
No, only a staff user can manually unregister profiles from an event.
8. Can I include a link in the confirmation message so registrants can easily add the event to their personal calendars?
Yes. In the Message tab, create/add an email template with the “Add to Calendar” widget in its content.
9. Why do my event stats show 100 registrants, but I only see 50 profiles in the registrations list?
Because your staff user has either an individual access scope or is assigned to a Team with a team access scope, preventing you from seeing those profiles.
10. Why is my event not appearing in the events “Ended” section?
If an event does not have an 'Ends on' date, it will not be displayed in the list of Ended events. Make sure to add a Ends on date in the Details tab of that event.
