In order to set up an integration between Full Fabric and Microsoft, we will need to enter the "Tenant ID" of your Microsoft Azure Active Directory into Full Fabric. Please see the screenshot below to see the Microsoft Azure Active Directory setting where the Tenant ID can be found.

Please contact your IT administrator to retrieve the "Tenant ID" and share it with Full Fabric support and then we can proceed with enabling the IMAP integration for your institution's Full Fabric instance.

Full Fabric will then generate the values for the other fields - "Client ID" and "Client secret" and add these to your Microsoft integration and enable it as below.

Once this has been enabled then each staff user can set up IMAP with their Microsoft email account by logging in as per the steps in the "If you have a Microsoft email account" section in the following article - https://help.fullfabric.com/en/articles/1124845-sync-all-of-your-emails-into-full-fabric-with-imap.
