Discover how integrating Full Fabric with Salesforce can streamline your operations. This integration enables you to send profiles and their journeys from Full Fabric to Salesforce, automatically creating and updating leads, contacts, and opportunities. Eliminate manual data entry and enjoy synchronized customer management across platforms.

Quick Navigation:

How to Turn On the Integration

The initial setup must be completed by a Customer Success expert. Once enabled, follow these steps to activate the Salesforce integration:

  • Go to General Settings (top right corner).

  • Click on the Integrations tab.

  • Select Salesforce from the list.

    • If you don’t see Salesforce, contact support to enable it for your account.

  • Click Authenticate.

    • If you’re not logged into Salesforce, you’ll be redirected to the Salesforce login page.

  • Once logged in, select the desired Salesforce account and click Choose Account.

  • From the integration page, enable Profile Sync and Journey Sync as needed.

Important: Deactivating the integration resets all mapping configurations. You will need to re-map fields to restore functionality.

Profile Integration

Sync Profiles

Activate profile mapping by checking the Sync Profiles box. This syncs user profiles from Full Fabric to Salesforce.

How it works:

  • Default Fields: Email, First Name, and Last Name are automatically mapped and cannot be changed.

  • Custom Fields: In the left column, select Full Fabric profile fields and map them to corresponding Salesforce fields in the right column.

When synced:

  • Existing leads or contacts in Salesforce are updated based on email address matches.

  • New leads or contacts are created if the email address does not exist in Salesforce.

Limitations:

  • Matrix and other complex fields cannot be mapped.

Journey Integration

Sync Journeys

Activate journey mapping by checking the Sync Journeys box. Journey data enables Salesforce to track customer lifecycles and create opportunities linked to Full Fabric profiles.

Lifecycle Mapping

  • Map Full Fabric lifecycle states to Salesforce pipelines and stages.

    • Example: When a Full Fabric lifecycle state updates to Prospect Started Application, Salesforce updates the corresponding pipeline and stage to Sales Pipeline | Qualified Lead.

Opportunity Creation

  • Opportunities in Salesforce are created using a combination of the Full Fabric Product Name and Profile Name.

    • Example:

      • Full Fabric Product: MBA Class 2026

      • Full Fabric Profile: John Doe

      • Salesforce Opportunity: MBA Class 2026 - John Doe

Journey Fields

  • Just like profile fields, you can map journey fields from Full Fabric to Salesforce opportunity fields.
