The Full Fabric HubSpot integration enables seamless synchronisation of profiles and journeys between Full Fabric and HubSpot, allowing automatic creation and updating of contacts and deals in HubSpot. This integration helps eliminate manual data entry and improves customer relationship management by keeping customer data in sync.

Install
Log into your Full Fabric account.
Navigate to General Settings (top right corner).
Click on the Integrations tab.
Select HubSpot from the list.
If “HubSpot” does not appear, contact Full Fabric support to enable the integration.
Click Authenticate.
If not already logged in, you will be redirected to the HubSpot login page.
Log into your HubSpot account and select the desired HubSpot portal.
Click Choose Account to connect.
After connection, you will return to the Full Fabric integration page with additional configuration options.
Configure
In Full Fabric > Settings > Integrations > HubSpot:
Toggle Sync Profiles to enable syncing of user profiles to HubSpot contacts.
Default fields Email, First Name, and Last Name are auto-mapped.
Map additional Full Fabric profile fields to HubSpot contact properties as needed.
Toggle Sync Journeys to enable syncing of journeys to HubSpot.
Map Full Fabric lifecycle states to HubSpot pipelines and stages.
Map journey fields to HubSpot deal properties.
Review and save your field mappings.
Activate the sync by toggling the main Sync switch ON.
Choose whether to sync existing records, new records, or both.
Use
The integration runs automatic syncs, keeping HubSpot contacts and deals updated based on Full Fabric profiles and journeys.
Updates happen at least every 5 minutes.
Users do not need to manually initiate syncs unless changing settings.
Disconnect
If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Full Fabric:
Profile and journey data will no longer sync between Full Fabric and HubSpot.
Existing data in HubSpot contacts and deals remains unchanged.
To disconnect:
Log into Full Fabric.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Locate the HubSpot integration card.
Click Disconnect.
Confirm by clicking Yes, I am sure.
Uninstall

Troubleshooting
HubSpot authentication fails: Ensure correct HubSpot account and permissions.
