Discover the power of integrating Full Fabric with Hubspot. This out-of-the-box integration allows you to seamlessly send profiles and their journeys from Full Fabric to Hubspot, creating and updating contacts and deals.

Quick Navigation:

How to turn on the integration

A Customer Success expert must do the initial setup.

Get started with these simple steps:

  • Go to General Settings (Top right corner);

  • Click on the Integrations Tab;

  • Click on Hubspot. (If you don't have Hubspot on the list, please get in touch with support to enable it);

  • Click on Authenticate;

  • If you are not logged in to HubSpot, after clicking Authenticate, you will be directed to a login page for HubSpot;

  • Once logged in, you will be taken to a page where you can choose which of your HubSpot accounts to integrate. After selecting an account, click Choose Account;

From this page, you can turn on the Profile and Journey sync.

Important:

Every time the integration is deactivated, all the previous mapping setups will be reset.

Profile integration

To activate Profile mapping, check the box where it says Sync Profiles.

Three fields—email, first name, and last name — will be mapped by default and cannot be changed.

The left column contains all the other Full Fabric profile fields, which can be selected and associated/mapped with the Hubspot property in the right column.

The mapping updates the fields on existing contacts in Hubspot based on email addresses and creates new contacts if the email address does not exist in Hubspot.

Important:
It is not possible to map matrix and other complex fields.

Journey integration

To activate Journey mapping, check the box where it says Sync Journeys.

Deal creation

The combination of Full Fabric's Product Name and Profile name creates the Deal name on Hubspot.

Example:

Full Fabric's Product: MBA Class 2026 + Full Fabric's Profile: John Doe

creates

Hubspot's Deal: MBA Class 2026 - John Doe

Journey fields

You can also map any Journey fields created on Full Fabric to any Hubspot Deal property, similar to how you can map a profile field.

Lifecycle mapping

Link any Full Fabric Lifecycle state with a HubSpot's Pipeline and Stage.

This means that when a Profile Lifecycle is updated, such as "Prospect Started Application", the corresponding Pipeline stage and Stage will also be updated in HubSpot, for example, to "Sales | Qualified to buy."

Important note:

Keep in mind that mapping Lifecycles states to different Pipelines will change the pipeline associated with that Deal on Hubspot.
