1. Can I change the order of sections in a schema?
Only Full Fabric staff users can change the order of sections, please contact
our support team to request this intervention.
2. Can I move a field from one section to another in the schema?
Schema fields can only be moved within the same section. If you added the field to the wrong section, please delete it and add it to the correct section.
3. Do 'Number' fields allow me to collect phone numbers with country codes?
The 'Number' field only supports numerical characters and not special characters like '+', therefore isn't ideal to collect phone numbers with country codes.
4. What's the best way to collect phone numbers with country codes?
Add a 'single line text' field into the schema to serve as phone number (since it allows special characters like '+'). In the instructions section, let users know they should include the country code when entering their phone number.
5. In segments can I combine multiple rules with AND/OR?
No, when there's multiple rules they can only be combined either with AND or with OR in the same segment
6. If I delete an option from a dropdown field, will that cause data loss?
No, deleting and adding options in a dropdown field doesn't cause data loss. Data loss only occurs if the field itself is deleted
7. For a field mapping to work, that field needs to exist on both sides?
Yes, field mapping only works when the same field exists in the Profile Info schema and in the other element's schema (e.g. Event, Form, Application template). If it's a dropdown field, the options must also match on both sides.
8. Can I undo/revert an import of profiles to a class?
No, once profiles have been imported to a class, the action cannot be undone. To remove them, you must delete each imported profile individually and manually.
9. In segments, if I don't use the rule 'is in' but use others like 'is a', if there are profiles in multiple classes which one is considered?
All classes are considered, and if at least one of the classes matches the segment rules, that profile will be listed. Ideally, the rule 'is in' should be used together with the 'is a', to achieve more accurate results
