At Full Fabric, we believe that customer feedback is a cornerstone of continuous improvement and innovation. Our product is built with our users' needs in mind, and we are committed to listening to your feedback and incorporating it into our development process.

How to Submit a Feature Request

We encourage all feature requests from clients and external stakeholders to be submitted through our feedback portal. This portal allows us to efficiently manage and document all requests, ensuring that each one is appropriately considered as we shape our product roadmap.

  • Submit your Request: Describe the feature you'd like to see and how it could benefit your experience with Full Fabric.

  • Track Progress: Once submitted, you can track the status of your request directly within the portal.

Working with your Customer Success Manager

In addition to submitting requests directly through the feedback portal, users can also collaborate with their Customer Success Manager (CSM) to discuss potential feature enhancements. Your CSM serves as your advocate within Full Fabric, ensuring that your needs are communicated clearly to our product team. This method can be particularly helpful when you need to provide additional context or discuss complex needs in more detail.

Best Practices for Submitting Feature Requests

To help us better understand your needs and how a new feature could enhance your experience, please consider the following tips when submitting a request:

  • Be Clear and Concise: Focus on describing the problem you are experiencing or the opportunity you see, rather than proposing a specific solution. This allows our team to explore various ways to address the need.

  • Include Use Cases: Share specific examples or scenarios where this feature would add value to your experience or solve a particular challenge.

  • Attach Visual Aids: If applicable, include screenshots, mockups, or diagrams that help illustrate the feature request. Visuals can provide valuable context for our team as they review your suggestion.

Tracking and Following Up on Feature Requests

Once a feature request is submitted through the feedback portal, you can easily track its progress and stay updated on its status. The portal lets you see how your request is being considered and whether it has been prioritized for development.

  • Updates on Status: Our team will provide updates as your request moves through the stages of consideration, planning, and development.

  • Direct Communication: If additional information is needed or if there are updates to share, we may reach out directly through the portal.

Visibility into Our Public Roadmap

To keep you informed about the direction of our product, we provide access to a public version of our product roadmap through the feedback portal roadmap. This roadmap offers a transparent view into our upcoming features and priorities.

Here’s what you can find on our roadmap:

  • Planned Features: A list of features that have been scheduled for upcoming releases.

  • In-Progress Features: Details about features currently in active development.

  • Recently Delivered: A summary of features that have recently been released, along with accompanying release notes.
