Allow candidates to select their chosen payment plan.

Applicants can also select their preferred payment plans directly during their application process through an enabled Payment Plan tab.

How to Activate the Payment Plan Tab:

  1. Open the class's application template.

  2. Go to the Payment Plan tab.

  3. Switch from Disabled to Enabled.

Automatically publish the payment plan on application submission?

Define whether the payment plan should be automatically published upon submitting the application.

Allow discount codes?

Allowing or not allowing applicants to apply the discount codes.

Applicant Experience

Applicants will see the Payment Plan tab only after selecting a program and class linked to at least one payment plan template. They can then choose from available options and view associated fees, due dates, and amounts.

How can I define which payment plans applicants can select?

The payment plans that candidates can select in the payment plan tab of the application depend on their primary product choice and whether applicants have an existing payment plan.

When they already have payment plans for the programme of study:

  • Applicants will see their existing payment plans as their options.

When they do not have any payment plans previously created for the programme of study:

  • Applicants will see the payment plan templates associated with the selected primary product choice as their options.

Allow applicants to apply discounts to their payment plan

To allow applicants to apply discounts to their payment plan, simply select to allow discount codes on the radio button field on the payment plan tab. This will add an input to the application form where applicants can apply discounts to their payment plan.

Please note that any discounts which staff apply to a profile's payment plan will appear to applicants on their application regardless of whether this setting is enabled.

The discounts that are available to applicants will depend on the payment plan template that they have selected.

Automatic discounts are applied automatically, whereas manual discounts require applicants to apply them with the relevant code.
