The ability to publish and unpublish payment plans is a valuable feature that enhances the student experience by allowing candidates to view and manage their payment arrangements through the Student Portal. This structured framework helps students stay on top of their financial responsibilities, ensuring they meet deadlines without oversight.

Benefits of Payment Plans in the Student Portal

Integrating payment plans into the Student Portal streamlines administrative processes for Admissions, Student Services, and Finance teams. This minimizes individual inquiries and requests regarding payment arrangements, allowing staff to focus on more critical tasks.

How to Publish an Individual Payment Plan

To make a payment plan available to a specific candidate, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Candidate's Profile: Navigate to the candidate's profile and click on the Financial tab.

  2. Select the Relevant Payment Plan: Choose the payment plan you wish to publish or unpublish. Click on the pinwheel icon located on the right.

  3. Update Status: In the Details tab of the selected payment plan, update the status to either Publish or Unpublish.

How to Publish and Unpublish Multiple Payment Plans

For efficiency, you can manage multiple payment plans in bulk:

  1. Access Your Master List: Navigate to Finance > Payment Plans from the left-side menu to access your master list of payment plans.

  2. Filter Your List: Use filtering options to segment existing payment plans and locate those you need to update.

  3. Update Status:

    • Click on Update Status after filtering your list.

    • Choose whether you want to publish or unpublish the selected payment plans.

    • A preview will display the number of payment plans set for update.

  4. Confirm Your Request: Click on Update to finalize your changes.

Applicant & Student experience

Once a payment plan is published, it will be accessible to the candidate on the Student Portal, by clicking in the Profile name then Payments.

From here the Applicant or Student can check its payment plan and make the payments.
