Allow candidates to see and pay their Payment Plan through the Student Portal
Payment Plans are a great asset to help applicants and students keep a structured framework for tracking and fulfilling necessary payments, ensuring that students stay on top of their financial responsibilities without the risk of overlooking deadlines.
By integrating Payment Plans into the student portal, Admissions, Student Services, and Finance teams streamline administrative processes, minimising the need for individual inquiries and requests regarding payment arrangements.
How to Publish an Individual Payment Plan
Making a payment plan available to a given profile can be accomplished by accessing their profile and following the below steps:
Access the candidate's profile and click on the Financial tab
Choose the relevant Payment Plan and click on the pinwheel on the right
On the Details tab of that Payment Plan, you can update the Status to publish or unpublish the payment plan.
Once a Payment Plan is published, it will become available to the candidate on the Student Portal.
How to Publish and Unpublish Multiple Payment Plans
You can also manage multiple Payment Plans in bulk, making this process time-efficient and convenient.
To publish and unpublish multiple payment plans together you should access your master list of Payment Plans.
Click on the left-side navigation on Finance > Payment Plans. From your master list, you can filter and segment the existing payment plans and find a list of payment plans you need to update. You can read more about the master list of Payment Plans here.
To update the status of multiple payment plans, filter your list of payment plans and then, click on Update Status.
Choose if you wish to publish or unpublish the list of Payment Plans.
You will see a preview of the number of payment plans that will be updated.
Click on Update to confirm your request.
