Did you know that Full Fabric offers statistical reports of your product performance that you can export at any moment and time?

These reports provide you useful insights into the performance of the different programmes and products your institution offers and can be used to complement the standard Performance Reports.

The global statistics reports can be accessed in two main areas of the system.

  1. Global statistics of a class

  2. Global statistics of your product portfolio

Global Statistics of a Class

The global statistics report of a class provides you with weekly insights into how a given class is performing. To access the Class Global Statistics follow the below steps:

Programmes > Select the relevant Programme and Class. On the class overview, click on the 3-dotted icon and choose Export stats.

Your downloaded report will display the weekly performance of your class. You can see the number of profiles for each lifecycle state and understand if profiles are moving forward in the Admissions funnel.

Global Statistics of Your Product Portfolio

You can also export more aggregated reports that allow you to get insights into your entire product portfolio.

The Global statistics reports can be accessed by following the below steps:

Programmes > Select, at the bottom of the list All Profiles. On the page overview, click on the 3-dotted icon and choose one of the reports you would like to extract.

On the All Profiles pages, you can find multiple reports that can be exported at any moment to offer you a glimpse of your current portfolio performance.
