With evaluations in Full Fabric, evaluators can review applications and complete evaluation forms for applicants, which can be used to make a decision on the admission for applicants.

Evaluators can review the PDF of an application and complete the evaluation form side-by-side as below.

What could an evaluations process with Full Fabric look like?

Full Fabric's evaluation functionality caters for different types of evaluations processes. Please see some examples of different evaluation processes below which you can adapt to cater to your institution's requirements.

Evaluate applications on a rolling basis

If your institution evaluates applications as soon as they are ready on a rolling basis then you could follow the following process.

  • Evaluator visits a submitted application which is ready for evaluation

  • Evaluator creates and submits the evaluation

  • Evaluator updates applicants' lifecycle status to the next stage in the lifecycle e.g. rejected/ admitted

Evaluate applications as a batch

If your institution evaluates applications as a batch on a specific date then you could follow the following process.

  • Admissions staff filter applications which are ready for evaluation, and create evaluations and assign them to evaluators

  • Evaluators complete and submit evaluations

  • Staff review evaluations and update applicants' lifecycle status to the next stage in the lifecycle e.g. rejected/ admitted
