Overview

Automated payment reminders help ensure you never miss important payment deadlines required for enrollment. This automated system keeps you informed with timely notifications sent directly to your email.

When will I receive reminders?

You will receive email notifications at the following intervals:

  • 14 days before your payment due date

  • 7 days before your payment due date

  • 1 day before your payment due date

  • On the due date, if payment has not been made (overdue reminder)

  • 7 days after the due date (overdue reminder)

  • 14 days after the due date (overdue reminder)

Do I need to set anything up?

No. These notifications are automatically enabled for everyone enrolled in a payment plan. You do not need to configure or manually manage any reminders.

What if my due date changes?

If your payment due date is updated, the reminder schedule automatically adjusts to the new date. You’ll receive notifications according to the updated schedule.
